I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Mason of DBC Home buyers. I needed to sell my house in Beltsville as-is, quickly and without hassle. I interviewed at least a dozen home buyers. Mason’s offer wasn’t the highest at first. He asked for my price, and after some thought he gave it to me. DBC took care of closing costs. In addition, I had stuffed the basement with a woodshop and construction studio. I stored lots of heavy materials there and in a structure outside as well.
